1. Complete the Source Mailing List Application (PDF  / Word).

2. Indicate your capabilities (PDF  / Word), if applicable, by weapon or defense system.

Note: Companies capable of providing construction, engineer and support services in austere environments are also invited to register.

3. Fill out the Pricing Policy Statement (PDF  / Word).

4. For military equipment provide a copy of a recent contract with your national defense or another NATO authority.

5. If available, provide an AQAP /ISO qualification statement.

7. Provide information about all NSNs (NATO Stock Numbers) for which you want to be considered as a source of supply or for services.

The information should be sent in an MS-Excel spreadsheet in the following format, preferably via e-mail, to source-file@namsa.nato.int.

8. Spare parts suppliers: register in eBid, the Agency's on-line bidding tool.
