The NATO Ammunition Data Base (NADB) is a CD-ROM product containing extensive information about ammunition, including more than 150,000 items held in the NATO inventory.

The database consists of:

• ammunition entries – codification, logistics, technical and interchangeability data on all types of ammunition used in NATO countries;
• a publications library – containing all NATO ammunition publications (English and French versions), including Standardization Agreements (STANAGs) and Allied Ordnance Publications (AOPs). Some national ammunition publications are also included. The library can be searched for words or text strings;
• cross-references between the ammunition entries and the publications.

The NADB is available to authorized Government organizations and commercial entities on an annual subscription basis.
