NAMSA Customer Information System (NCIS)

The NAMSA Customer Information System (NCIS) is a web-based application allowing customers easy information exchange with NAMSA.

Using NCIS, a customer can connect his workstation to NAMSA through the Internet and:

  • requisition materiel
  • place repair requests
  • receive status information
  • exchange email with their points of contact at NAMSA and with other customers
  • The system is being expanded to provide, at a later stage, access to further information such as stock levels, budget details, etc.
