NAMSA can provide support to Partnership for Peace (PfP) nations on condition that a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has previously been signed with NAMSO. Signatories of such MoUs may participate in NAMSO Weapon System Partnerships as Associate States.

Today, the following PfP nations can request NAMSA services:

Austria, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Finland, the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia*, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Sweden, Switzerland, Ukraine and Uzbekistan

MOU negotiations with more PfP nations are under way.

PfP nations can request most of NAMSA's logistics services plus the following specific services:

• BASELOG codification programme
• Demilitarization of anti-personnel mines (APMs - as authorised by the Ottawa Convention) and stockpile munitions through NATO PfP Trust Fund arrangement.
• NICOLOG internship programme
